July 30, 2023 - It's Sunday, and once again here is the survey of best rental car rate for the coming week, Monday to Monday, 7 days, from Kahului Airport (OGG):

Off airport, with shuttle bus $178.25

Airport Rentacar Center $227.20

Rates continue to come down as remtal cars continue to sit idle in the fields surrounding Maui Airport.

Prices For Maui Rental Cars Are On The Way Down From Record Mid-February Peak

Feb. 23, 2026. Maui car rental prices appear to have peaked in mid-February and they are now on their way down to a high season level that they will hold through March until after Spring Break. This is a repeatable seasonal pattern of price movement that we see every year.
